Mogget has incredibly powerful magic sensing, to the point that he can sense a powerful creature from a great distance. The stronger you are, the more and farther away he can sense you. He can't necessarily tell what that power is unless he grows familiar with it. He can generally tell people apart, unless someone who has magic but is weak is standing next to someone with ridiculously powerful magic, in which case the latter will block the former unless at close range.
His ability also include the ability to sense Death. In canon, this is those who are dead and walk where they should not. Cross-canon, this means he will notice if your character is any form of dead creature, or has touched Death in some way.

Does your character have magic? How strong is it? Sort of? The Angel Squadron are basically magical girls in that they have transformations and use Platonic Power, which is a whole lot of ???????? but allows them to breathe in space, project a shield, and have one light attack (though Kokoro's is a modified bloodline ability).

Does your character have magic? How strong is it? Oh, does she ever. Mai is an untrained reality warper to some degree; she can't affect free will, but is known to be able to heal people even from death, can make things that are made up into reality (such as turning her plastic sword real when she's using it), and, while it's unclear whether this part is magic or just really, really good observation, she has an uncanny ability to see people or things for what they really are (seen in her own permissions post).

Does your character have magic? How strong is it? Nyx himself does not have magic. He does, however, borrow magic from his King. this is a little complicated right now since there are three Lucis Caelums in game. Inevitably he's going to just be pulling on Regis' magic again. The way the magic of the Lucii works is that it feeds off the users life force.
There are veined, ashy scars covering the entirety of Nyx's left arm, across his chest and shoulders, up his neck and onto his face. These are from the extensive magic use that was meant to kill him in canon.

Does your character have magic? How strong is it? Type: Blue is a magical girl. Or rather, she's the story of a magical girl, and will probably register as particularly powerful because that's how it would work in such a story. (In practice her power level fluctuates.)

Does your character have magic? How strong is it? One fissure-related transformation ability. No active magic from her homeworld but a fair amount of occult knowledge, including a moderate degree of fluency in the Correspondence, which carries enough power to cause minor physical injury to mortals in either its spoken or written forms.
Is your character dead or has touched Death in some manner? Sonja is currently biologically alive, but she has died at least several dozen times in the past decade - she stopped keeping track a long time ago - mostly due to violence or accidental injury. This is commonplace in her canon but also explicitly against natural Law. She typically experiences her brief forays into death as a boat ride on a slow river between dark banks, from which concentrated strength of will and winning a few rounds of chess against the boatman is generally sufficient to return to her own body.
She also has died and been magically resurrected once during her time at Phanrift.

Does your character have magic? How strong is it? Eheh. Yes. How strong depends on whether psychic and ki abilities are rolled in. His magic alone is fairly powerful since it's the monarch-grade Armiger power suite. If everything else is also sensed, he is a little bit ridiculously strong.

Does your character have magic? How strong is it? BIG AND LOUD Even by Phanrift standards Izunia is exceptionally magical, being that he's the ancient and powerful spirit of the Founder King, etc etc.

Seeing as how I'm actually canon-familiar I can say that Izunia will probably feel like one of the Greater Dead in reverse, since rather than being powered by wild magic, he's powered by his setting's equivalent of an ordered, structured magic of light and so on. Mind, he's still super dead, but his current body itself registers as both "very much alive" and "a magical construct." It's just his spirit/soul/magical signature that pings as Dead.

Does your character have magic? How strong is it? Shadow's not really even a physical creature; it's a young demon, made up of shadowstuff and knowledge, and is able to perceive and interact physically with both literal and metaphorical shadows. It doesn't know how to do a lot of the more insidious stuff that canon shows older demons doing, and I'm inclined to attribute this to both inexperience and immaturity - it's still growing into its power.
